Open the Mycelium Press app and open any book.
Tap the menu button (☰) at the top left.
Tap Delete account, then tap it again to confirm.

Or ask us by email

Write to hello@mycelium-press.com from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Straight away and permanently:

your account and the email address it uses;
the audiobooks your account owns — you lose access to them;
your place in each book, on every device;
the record of what you have listened to;
your sign-ins and any unused sign-in codes;
any answers you gave to show you own a printed or Kindle copy.

This cannot be undone. Sections you downloaded stay on your device until you delete the app or remove them in the app.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment records. If you bought an audiobook, Stripe, our payment processor, keeps the record of the payment for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We never see or keep your card details.
Server logs. Our server's logs can contain your email address. They are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Emails already sent to you stay in your own inbox.
